In our first session, expect comprehensive discovery. I'll ask about your income structure, debt obligations, existing coverage, tax position, estate arrangements, and life goals.

I won't pressure you. If you're not ready to proceed after our consultation, that's fine. The clarity you gain from the conversation itself has value.

How much do you charge?
Initial consultations are complimentary. For ongoing advisory engagements, I work on transparent fee or commission structures depending on the scope. I'll explain the full compensation model before any engagement begins.
Do you work with clients outside Klang Valley?
Yes. I work with clients across Malaysia through virtual consultations and can arrange in-person meetings when necessary.
What's the difference between you and my insurance agent?
Insurance agents are licensed to sell insurance products and work on commission from specific providers. I'm a BNM-licensed financial adviser, which means I'm legally required to prioritize your interests (fiduciary duty) and can recommend across multiple providers.
What does fiduciary duty actually mean?
It means I'm legally required to put your interests ahead of my own compensation. Unlike agents who earn commissions from specific providers, I must recommend what's genuinely best for your situation, even if it means lower compensation for me.
I already have financial plans. Do I still need you?
If your plans were created by different advisors (one for insurance, one for investments, one for estate), they probably don't coordinate. I specialize in integrating fragmented plans into cohesive strategies.
Is there a minimum investment or asset requirement?
If you have steady income, existing financial commitments, and goals you want to plan for, we can work together. I'm more interested in your commitment to systematic planning than your current net worth.
How long does financial planning take?
